STS - SILVER THIOSULFATE REVERSED PLANTS

The first pics are STS reverse flowers ready for harvest and I have to hand pollinate the target plants, so we need to assess when the pollen sacks are at peak we don’t want to miss a window and lose more pollen than we gain.

You will notice nice sacks are golden and began to burst at the outside.

The sacks that dropped off a few days ago are dry now and yields were ok.  So now I will Harvest and dry remove all the stem and leaves to the maximum degree so you reduce humidity in the materials break it down as far as you can , I don’t have my mini pollen tumbler with me so I have to do this by hand, tweezers can help but just a stiff card on a plate works also the left over dry sacks are still loaded with pollen.

If you collect them dry out a 500ml water bottle the soft plastic ones are best poke a few holes in the lid and place the dry material in a the bottle and use it to blow air through the dry sacks onto the buds it will shock you how much pollen is stored up in the sacks.
